The Big, the Bad, and the Bullies
Bluebonnets for Gargoyles, The Teasdale Primer (for MBAs), and Welcome to American Success investigate troublesome areas of American life and work. Greed and power work their dirty deeds on all Americans whether it is in the classroom, the social setting, or in the big corporations, especially the big corporations with their spawn tanks, better known as MBA schools.

Bluebonnets for Gargoyles, regarding business issues, deals with fraud. Does this theme sound familiar? There is nothing like a front to hide the real deal.

The Teasdale Primer (for MBAs) reveals the uglier side of American big business through the use of mobbing, more recognizable to Americans as bullying in the workplace by co-workers in methodical, torturous acts toward more talented employees who appear as a threat and who refuse to mob. The Teasdale Primer (for MBAs) tells the story of a spawn tank where one character stands up to all the little empowered people who think mobbing is the right thing to do. They know ethics but morals don’t fit into the scheme…of things. In a nutshell, these little workers self-righteously strong-arm others who will not march to just any drum.

Welcome to American Success breathes the life of power and greed in the big corporations for those at the top and all those who want to become a part of that upper crust, even if they have to resort to collusion. Mobbing again brings its ugly head to the surface from the dregs of corporate self-righteousness. Just the same, there are those who see through the façade, who silently and inconspicuously try to undo the damage, and succeed once in a while.
