Bullying in Academia

Kenneth Westhues, a sociologist at the University of Waterloo, in Ottawa, Canada, has devoted his career to researching bullying, which is a general term for the deliberate and premeditated emotional abuse applied to targeted people, and mobbing, a specific term used for the bullying of adults in the workplace.

One of his major interests has been bullying in academia. Professor Westhues has compiled a list of novels that pertains to this subject, plus a short review of each one of the novels mentioned. If this interests you, then click here. Scroll down the list to see what he has to say about The Teasdale Primer (For MBAs).
